As such, the group is ideally placed to provide BIS Salamis' clients with assistance in streamlining Shutdown maintenance work scopes, providing a service which can be tailored to suit the needs of each individual project.
To minimise the disruption to site operations within the shutdown window, the TSG maximise attendance at client shutdown meetings, promoting communication between clients and other vendors to guarantee the highest standard of delivery. By taking a one team approach out team consistently proposes new ideas, innovative approaches and effective solutions for overcoming challenges, helping to reduce man hours, material, and plant hire costs for the client.
To achieve maximum efficiency on the shutdown project, the day-to-day operational and logistical support are also coordinated with the client throughout the project, further reducing time that the client's asset has to be out of production.
