The TSG leads the coordination and planning of all activities within maintenance, operations and other departments both onshore and offshore for BIS Salmis clients.
The team proactively plan, prepare and schedule ongoing as well as future activities to ensure optimum safety and operational performance across projects. The TSG also ensures that programs, procedures and plans for executing all tasks within areas of responsibility are in place and updated, thereby securing safe and cost effective operations with the highest possible safety and uptime.
