BIS Salamis shows support for Croftcroighn Primary

BIS Salamis feels strongly about giving back to the community and we were delighted to show our support to Croftcroighn Primary School recently and join staff and pupils at the schools ‘Strawberry Tea'.

Based in Glasgow, the Croftcroighn Primary School is a purpose built facility which meets the needs of children with complex additional support needs, including cognitive, sensory, communication and physical impairments from P1 to P7. The school also has a Nursery which admits children from the age of 2 years.

The school recently invited Gary Hill, BIS Salamis Technical Support Group (TSG) Manager, to attend the schools ‘Strawberry Tea' as a thank you for the company's continued support. Gary was delighted to meet with the staff and pupils who performed a range of songs and rhymes.

He told us, "Like BIS Salamis, Croftcroighn Primary School has a very long and proud tradition of providing service excellence. The school continually looks for opportunities to develop and improve their service and welcome new innovations and challenges to further enrich the childrens' learning experiences.

"With the money donated, we were able to help the school continue with this focus and I was moved to see that the money donated really made a difference. The school has taken significant steps to further improve its facilities and equipment and this recent investment has gone a long way towards further improving the kids learning experience."
